At Mixology & Craft®, we believe in the power of a perfectly crafted cocktail. Our passion for mixology led us to create an exceptional line of barware and accessories designed to help both amateur and professional bartenders unlock their inner mixologist.
Our Story
It all started with two friends, John and James, who shared a love for experimenting with cocktails. After one too many poorly balanced attempts using mismatched tools and glasses, they decided there had to be a better way.
In 2015, John and James launched Mixology & Craft® on a mission to make high-quality barware accessible to all. We started small, with just a few essential tools like a Boston shaker, jigger, and strainer. But we had much bigger dreams in the works.
Over the next few years, the Mixology & Craft® collection grew to include beautiful handcrafted cocktail shakers, tumblers, bar spoons, and muddlers – everything the modern mixologist could need.
As our reputation grew, so did our team. We brought on experienced bartenders and cocktail consultants to help us design products that are as functional as they are gorgeous. No detail went overlooked in our quest for barware perfection.
In 2021, we unveiled our premium whiskey set – an impressive oak box containing whiskey stones, glasses, and accessories designed to elevate any sipping experience. This launched our expansion into curating bar sets and kits tailored to different types of drinkers and occasions.
Today, the Mixology & Craft® family has grown to over 30 employees. But we’ve stayed true to John and James’ original vision: to spread the joy of cocktails by giving everyone the tools to create drink magic at home.

Meet Our Team
John, Co-Founder and CEO
John’s passion for mixology began during his bartending days paying for college. He perfected his flair while whipping up cocktails at a beach resort. When he met James, it was clear they shared a calling: bringing professional-quality barware to the amateur drinksmith.
When he’s not leading the strategic vision of Mixology & Craft®, you can find John tinkering on new cocktail recipes at home. He loves experimenting with unconventional ingredients and finding ways to balance flavors.
James, Co-Founder and President
James has always been fascinated with the chemistry of drink-making. As an engineering student, he enjoyed reverse-engineering the ratios that made up iconic cocktail recipes. When he met fellow mixology enthusiast John, combining James’ analytical mind with John’s bartending skills was the perfect foundation for launching Mixology & Craft®.
James now oversees the product design process, working closely with our production partners. Customers know that James’ eye for detail ensures every product meets his strict standards.
Marie, Lead Bartender
With 15 years of experience as a bartender at upscale hotels, Marie brings a wealth of mixology knowledge to the team. She advises on new product development and sources recipes and tips for our cocktail guides.
Marie is happiest when she’s behind the bar, chatting with guests and crafting made-to-order drinks. She loves introducing people to new flavors and encouraging them to branch out from their usual old fashioned or gin and tonic.
Noah, Operations Manager
Noah keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Mixology & Craft®. He manages inventory, production, shipping, and day-to-day business operations. Basically, Noah makes sure we have everything we need to keep customers happy!
In his free time, Noah is learning the craft of brewing beer. He’s steadily filling his basement with homemade IPAs and stouts. Perhaps a Mixology & Craft® beer set is in our future?
Sophia, Customer Experience Manager
Our customers’ satisfaction is Sophia’s top concern. She oversees our stellar customer service team to ensure every order and interaction with Mixology & Craft® exceeds expectations.
Sophia is a natural hostess and loves bringing people together over delicious drinks. She’s an amateur mixologist herself and is always testing out new cocktail recipes to serve at her pop-up parties.
