Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Mixology & Craft reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Mixology & Craft may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. You agree to provide us with such requested information.
Mixology & Craft may cancel any order after acceptance without liability for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Products are no longer available or errors in pricing or product description.
Orders are not deemed accepted by Mixology & Craft until your payment is authorized.
Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Mixology & Craft makes every effort to provide accurate pricing information, however errors may occur. If the price on the products you have ordered is incorrect, you will be notified before your order is shipped. Mixology & Craft will provide you the opportunity to purchase the products at the correct price or to cancel your order.
Mixology & Craft reserves the right to change pricing for products displayed at the Mixology & Craft Site at any time before you place an order.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed through Amazon payments. Mixology & Craft does not directly process or store any payment card information.
Amazon payments accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Times: We ship orders via USPS. Delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method.
Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge. Weekend delivery is unavailable. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary for certain items because of their size, weight, or special shipping requirements.
Tracking Your Package: You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number(s) when your order ships. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Failed Delivery: If a package is undeliverable or returned to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less shipping charges.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: For orders shipping internationally, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Any included sales tax is estimated and may be adjusted at the time of final delivery.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Mixology & Craft are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Mixology & Craft accepts returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item:
- Obtain a return authorization and instructions by contacting customer service.
- Ship the product back to the address provided, along with any other materials we may have requested, such as order confirmation or packing slip.
Once your return is received, Mixology & Craft will inspect the condition of the returned product before your refund is processed.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning products, unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund amounts will reflect any discount or promotional price applied to the returned product(s). Returns may take up to 1 week to process.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products sold by Mixology & Craft are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixology & Craft disclaims all warranties express or implied. Use of this site is at your own risk. Mixology & Craft will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

In no event shall Mixology & Craft be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damages arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mixology & Craft harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms.
12. Choice of Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in Nashville, Tennessee.
For European Union (EU) users, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights may include accessing your personal data, erasing your personal data, or objecting to or restricting the processing of your personal data.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
